Currently Brandon and I rent a nice one bedroom apartment. We have been very happy here. There are some cons though. Besides trying to build some equity, we would like to get a house so we don't have neighbors above and below us. Our neighbors are friendly....but the one upstairs has a kid over all the time who throws the longest and LOUDEST tantrums we've ever heard. The neighbor below is not a nuisance but we feel bad playing our Xbox kinect because it's loud when we have people over and are jumping around!

3. Remodeled/Turn-key
