| The Cute and Cozy house! |
We are SO excited that we got this house! It is perfect for us! We are going to have an inspector come look at it on Saturday morning. Both of our dads will be their too. We can back out of the offer if the inspection does not go well, but I really hope that does not happen! This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a nice big backyard and a new kitchen! We are getting ALL of the appliances (yay!). The neighborhood is also super cute. I cannot get over our neighbor's flower boxes. I told Brandon I'm going to march right over and ask them where they got them! Haha! Unfortunately we cannot move in until the beginning of August. The current homeowners are still looking for a new house and want some extra time to pack up. Our parents are also very excited for us.....I think mostly because they finally get to give us EVERY box we've ever left behind in their houses. :)

So excited for you both!! Where is this house located? Will you guys have to renew your lease before leaving your apartment? Hope moving goes well! We walk through our first houses on Saturday. :)
